These tall and narrow pots are designed primarily for Chinese Cymbidiums but they work just as well for other tall, narrow plants that are visually pleasing in this shape container.  If using these pots for orchids other than Cymbidiums it will be necessary to fill the pot halfway with a material such as styrofoam peanuts or gravel.
